Our Story

Tired of cookie-cutter neighborhoods, created in mass development and "mow it all down" style, we wanted to make a change to save what we love most about Central Texas: its natural beauty.  Environmentally friendly homes inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright that also incorporate modern conveniences, and topped with long-term money saving features such as solar tiles, solar water heaters, rain collection systems, Nest thermostats, and other features are what we strive to deliver for Texans.
